My wife tried the QuietOn 4 but woke up with an intense pain in her ear on the side that she was sleeping on.. She is a side sleeper and after two hours over two nights I decided to return them. After reading the return/refund policy I fully understood that I would end up eating a major percentage of the original cost with this return. I had agreed to pay a fee via PayPal to have the company create a prepaid shipping label for me. I heard back that the rep would get back to me on Friday….. Well, one Friday had passed, then another. As I was approaching my 30 day window from the purchase date and my return window, I realized that I was being ignored… I have given up and will eat the costs.
