I bought QuietOn 4 after trying different earplugs because I’m sensitive to noise when I sleep. My first night was just okay because I hadn’t chosen the right ear tip size. After changing the tips and using them for a few nights, the difference became much more noticeable. They don’t create total silence, but the constant background noises that normally keep me awake are much less noticeable. I’m also a side sleeper and can wear them comfortably. Overall, they’ve been a worthwhile purchase for me.

I had agreed to pay a fee via PayPal to have the company create a prepaid shipping label for me. I heard back that the rep would get back to me on Friday….. Well, one Friday had passed, then another. As I was approaching my 30 day window from the purchase date and my return window, I realized that I was being ignored… I have given up and will eat the costs.
